Step 1 Uninstall from Control Panel
Windows 8
Move mouse cursor to the bottom right corner of the screen. Click Settings on Charms bar and go to Control Panel. Select Uninstall a program and remove GoSave related programs.

Windows XP
Go to Start, navigate to Settings and click on Control Panel, navigate to Add or Remove Programs, choose Programs and Features, find GoSave related programs, and hit Remove.

Windows 7/Vista
Go to Start, navigate to Control Panel, select Uninstall a program/Programs and Features, find GoSave related programs, and click on Uninstall.

Step 2 The following files and associated to GoSave Malware must be removed
%Windows%\system32\ GoSave exe
%Documents and Settings%\[UserName]\Application Data\ GoSave.exe

Step 3 Reset system DNS setting

Step 4 Clean all cookies dropped by GoSave 
*Google Chrome: Click on the Tools menu → select Options → Click “Under the bonnet” tab → locate “Privacy” section → browsing data” button → “Delete cookies and other site data” to delete all cookies from the list.
*Internet Explorer: Click “Tools” → Click “safety” → “delete browsing history” → Tick “cookies” box and click delete
*Firefox:: Click “Tools” → Click “Options” → Click “Privacy” → Click “remove individual cookies”

Step5 End GoSave process from Task Manager
