How Can I Get Gorilla Price Malware Off My Computer? Gorilla Price Pop-up Uninstall

I found something on my hard drive called "Gorilla Price", so I downloaded Malwarebytes and scanned my computer. It ended up that that was malware, so I quarantined them. Now, every time I wake up it says that it detected malware. Every time I look it shows 2 new "Gorilla Price". I keep quarantining them, but they keep coming back...How am I getting this?

Step 2 Manually delete all implanted files

Windows XP
