 Step 1 Reset Browser Proxy
 1) Open Internet Explorer. Click on the Tools menu and then select Internet Options.
 2) In the Internet Options window click on the Connections tab. Then click on the LAN settings button.
 3) Now you will see Local Area Network (LAN) settings window. Uncheck the checkbox labeled Use a proxy server for your LAN under the Proxy Server section and press OK. When you have done, please save and close your entire opening window. Then open your internet explorer to check whether you could access the Internet.

IE: 1 Launch IE and tap Alt+T.

 1) Click the “start” button on the lower left corner of your desktop
 2) Double click the button “Control Panel” to process
 3) Highlight “Add / Remove Program” icon from Control Panel
 4)Select the Cr.tractionize icon in the list,
 5)Click”Remove” icon to uninstall Cr.tractionize
 6) Press OK to apply the changes.

 Step 4 Clean all cookies that Cr.tractionize virus brings 
*Google Chrome: Click on the Tools menu → select Options → Click “Under the bonnet” tab → locate “Privacy” section → browsing data” button → “Delete cookies and other site data” to delete all cookies from the list. *Internet Explorer: Click “Tools” → Click “safety” → “delete browsing history” → Tick “cookies” box and click delete
*Firefox:: Click “Tools” → Click “Options” → Click “Privacy” → Click “remove individual cookies”
