Step one - Remove the proxy of IE, Google Chrome or Firefox ( Take Firefox as an example)

1. Under "Tools" in the browser tool bar select "Options".
2. In the "Options" window that pops up, click the "Advanced" tab at the top.
3. Click the "Network" subtab, and then click the "Settings" button in the "Connections" area.
4. If "No proxy" isn't selected, click it to mark "No proxy" as your preference. See image below:
5. Start Internet Explorer again.

Step two : Remove add-ons  of IE, Google Chrome or Firefox ( Take Firefox as an example)
Open Mozilla Firefox, go ‘Tools’ → ‘Add-ons’.
Choose ‘Extensions’ → News.net and click ‘Uninstall’.
Go ‘Tools’ → ‘Options’. Finally, reset the startup homepage or change it to google.com.

Step three : Locate and delete these files 
AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI41962\win32process.pyd
AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI41962\win32profile.pyd
AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI41962\win32security.pyd
AppData\Local\Temp\_MEI41962\win32ts.pyd

Step four : Open Task Manager to terminate the associated process
userinit.exe
atapi.sys

Step five : Reboot to confirm
