How to Get Rid of Ads by Speed Check from Browser (SpeedCheck Removal)

• Ads by Speed Check won't go away 

• Ads By Speed Check in All My Browsers.Random text from the original web page has been modified to have links that pop up ads when you mouse over them. More ads pop up in new windows/tabs when I click anywhere on the web page.

• I can't get rid of speed check ads on my computer. I have deleted the programs associated with it via control panel. I have run malwarebytes. I have reset both of my browsers (IE and Chrome). They are still there. I don't know what else to do. Please help me.
