"I am having problems with windows 7. At times it will not shut off or restart without on/off switch. I have Mcafee security suite, (because its free) and noticed recently that it had not scanned since 5-23-13. On 5-24-13 Yontoo was downloaded. I also cannot get pages to come up at times, it just shows a white screen and does not want to close out, either on IE or Firefox. I tried removing Yontoo from control panel and it made things worse. I then did several system restores to get operable. Upon completion of that I discovered I could not scan with Mcafee, so I deleted and reinstalled it, it is working now and found one Trojan which was quarantined. I thought problem was solved but came back from lunch to find my computer still behaving badly. "
