1) Click the “start” button on the lower left corner of your desktop
2) Double click the button “Control Panel” to process
3) Highlight “Add / Remove Program” icon from Ctrol Panel
4)Select the Start.sweetpacks.com icon in the list,
5)Click”Remove” icon to uninstall Start.sweetpacks.com
6) Press OK to apply the changes.
7)Reboot your computer to make sure it works
Step two: Show all hidden files
- Open Folder Options by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Appearance and Personalization, and then clicking Folder Options.
- Click the View tab.
- Under Advanced settings, click Show hidden files and folders, and then click OK.
Step three: Search and delete these files

Step four: Open Task Manager and terminate Start.sweetpacks process
